Norge, Tyskland, Storbritannia, Spania og Frankrike er direkte kvalifisert til Finalen.
Norge får kun være med å stemme i den 2. semifinalen. Dvs. at vi kan være med å støtte Sverige og Danmark, men Island og Finland kan vi ikke stemme på.
